people build with cypress around here for that wood is hard to rot or decay. it will if you paint it with paint of today's so if you wish to paint cypress look it up on google to get the right way to do it. It a old way from the 1800's. You will have to mix up the paint yourself as you will not find it at the paint store. Cypress cost too much now days to build stuff like this for a poor man. i showed the inside in a earlier image. the trees is live oaks
