Description

This time I have uploaded a digital painting and a repost! The first upload I was never completely happy with, so here it is again. I got to thinking about the plight of our modern day snow leopard and the fact that its numbers dimish on a yearly basis so came up with this story... Legend has it that long ago Snow Leopards were treated like kings in a distant land. They were considered to be so precious that they were given a special place high in the purple mountains. There they were constantly watched over and protected but most of all loved by the royal elves, who gave their every living moment to them. The snow leopards wanted for nothing, and were happy and content. They knew that their children and their children's children would always have a safe place, there on the magical Purple Mountain... Wow this is beautiful Jane love the cat and the colours in this one.. So sorry to hear about the issue with the bg's and thanks for the warning.. I have over the last few days seen quite a few images on here with DA bg's etc and was thinking maybe I should get bg's off DA too. After reading this I wont bother or if I do I will only post them in my DA gallery.. I have seen some silly decisions made in the past but to ban all DA stuff is ludicrous, but then again that is rendos prerogative... This will drive vendors away to other sites and they will loose business but maybe that's what they want. I guess to be consistent they will now have to go through every item in the store to get rid of anything that uses anything of DA stuff in it.. good luck rendo..

What an absolutely gorgeous image - love the colors, mood, and the snow leopard is so soft and appealing. I do hope they survive, as the world would not be the same without these beautiful animals. How disappointing to work so hard on a product only to have it disappear. I feel your pain, but know you will overcome this minor setback with a great attitude and even greater products. CC
