Description
"Almost Home"*
Well the first of two operations are completed. Although at this stage I can't put any weight bearing on my right knee I have been reassured this is temporary. Physio start Wednesday. In another 10 days I see the surgeon again this time to evaluate my messed up right shoulder. Not a great year to say the least. Downside...no scuba this summer. Upside..a lot more twin time!!
*Almost Home... taken in New Zealand at Lake Taupo in May last year.

Great sport shot~! Glad to hear you've gotten through the surgery - well wishes for a speedy and full recovery! I injured my shoulder a several years ago at work, it has been life changing. Though surgery went well this old body had other ideas. An extended period of phys therapy got me most of the way back for which I am most thankful. Good luck for a full return and future plans of your active self~

Good you are on the mend mate, this is a great shot BTW. with my head for hieghts this is something I could never do, I get dizzy clearing a rain gutter LOL

Wonderful capture, and something I almost tried once in my younger days. Don't think it would be a good idea any more, unfortunately, but it looks like such fun.

Ouch! Sounds like you're all a wreck just before going through ... Get well soon, knee surgeries are really bad, but my husband has also survived, he is really quite sensitive. Cool photo, I would so not trust anything ... Get well soon!
