Description
WHILE WORKING ON A PHOTO SHOOT DOWN IN THE JUNGLES OF PARADOR IN 1962, I WAS CAPTURED BY THE "GLORIOUS ROAD" REVOLUTIONARY GROUP.THEIR LEADER CARLOS "THE CRICKET" TAPON, KNOWING THAT I KNEW ALL THE FAMOUS SOUTH AMERICAN MODELS, TOLD ME HE WOULD LET ME GO FREE IF I WOULD INTRODUCE HIM TO THE EXOTIC MODEL CARLOTTA DEL TORO.I TOLD HIM THAT IF SHE ARGEED TO THE MEETING, I WOULD ARRANGE IT.
TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, WE MET, THEY FELL IN LOVE, AND I WAS SET FREE AFTER I TOOK THEIR WEDDING PHOTOS.
THIRTY YEARS LATER, THEY WERE LIVING IN THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS WHERE THEY OWNED A BOWLING ALLEY.THEIR TWIN SONS (CARLOS AND SEAMUS) CONTINUE TO PLAY BASS AND LEAD GUITAR IN THE BAND " TWISTED ZIPPER". ( I AM CURRENTLY WORKING ON A PHOTO SHOOT WITH CARLOS AND SEAMUS -- MORE ON THAT LATER!)

LMAO! You had me again! But then, Layla Mullhand's granddaughter, Molly, who just so happens to be sitting next to me, poked me in the ribs and reminded me of your 1947 photo shoot with Layla and it all made sense to me! LOL. Oh, what a gorgeous model and super fantastic portrait of her! Well done!!! This is so great. :)

I could talk for a while on what I like about this image, but instead I'll hit what caught my attention, the eyes beautifully bright and perfectly positioned to draw you in, the back lite highlights on the hair, and the theme. the soft light on her face and the color and clarity, OK I'll stop there except to say beautiful model and portrait!

Very nice. I would have liked a slightly narrower aperture that would have kept more of her face in focus....but that's just me!

When she enters a dark room, this begins to shine at. She really is a lovely, young woman. An excellent portrait .... knowing promote their, virtues in a good light. Very nice capture!!
