A tribute to the genius of humankind. No matter how many times I go there or have driven past it, I never cease to wonder at the communal strength that pulls together to drag or carry these titanic monoliths, over bog and wasteland, all the way from south Wales. You just have to love humans!

Beautifully captured. It must have been taken some time ago, because in 1991 when I was there, there were guard rails all over the place. In astonomy class the possible purpose of the stones was disgussed.
