This is what it means.
He is king, he is lord, above the twelve heavens.

Looks like a solar eclipse. I live in New Mexico and tomorrow there will be one classical eclipse here.

someone once scoffed at me about the Heaven and the Earth being created in 6 days, saying, "you can't even get a government to do anything in 6 days" I asked "How long is a day?" he said "24 hours" I said "well yeah, if you are a human on Earth... but if you are a God in the Universe... a day may take Billions of our years....be patient" very cool image and words... theng Q!
