Description
I shot this old gal with FILM many years ago on the bottom of the Pacific off the coast of Hawaii. I was on a submarine at the time and took the photos through a viewing port.

Brilliant work, low lighting and still sharp. Great stuff.

Is that a B1 Bomber?

I'm not sure sorry.

Interesting! Once I had a diving trip in the Baltic Sea. There the water is during the summer very "foggy". I did not even find the only 12 meters deep ground! LOL!

Clever!

Pas évident de faire des photos sous marines mais la couleure de l'eau est surprenante

Super shots and a great 'depth' of field and 'plane' to see what it is Andrew.

Do you know what you are talking about Jeff, or are you just 'WINGING IT'......

Looks like a pretty tough restoration project!

OK.. Its a Turboprop aircraft, not piston engined.. The big exhaust in the middle photo on the left is a giveaway to a turboprop aircraft.. Its more likely a DC6.. Maybe, some kind of Andover, but its not looking like it.. But it is not a Dakota, for sure.. GREAT SHOTS! Rob PS: Your 'clouds in Render' post is going up today mate :-)

Very cool collage

Great collage! Sad but interesting!Looks like it had two turrets for machine guns. One at the top and another on the nose.

Through a view port no doubt, well done!

I am glad it was you in the sub and with the historic evidence produced here - I would probably feel too claustrophobic to go there myself, never-the-less amazing captures Andrew, BB

Film camera photo through a porthole and then scanned. Outstanding collage Andrew!
