Description
Another view of the garden of a friend of mine. I like the flag-color effect of the white, red and green common to a number of national flags, mine included. Walls without plaster coating were fashionable a decade ago for suburban detatched houses. Sometimes the lower floor was left with no plasterwork and the second floor was coated, such as in this case, with a pleasant effect.
Thanks for your kind comments.

Stunning contrast and saturation

one of the signatures of this series is the contrasts you capture, as well as the harmonies within the image. In this case, you have strong contrast between the flowers and the green bush, both of a very saturated hue. And the shot's divided by the brick wall and the patio (or inner portion of the house. That further divides the image in two. And the grass is the grounding for it all, also a deep green. You're getting very strong hue contrasts and saturated hues as well, throughout these recent series. And it's creating an almost 'confection' look, like a set of images made for fairy tales. It has a magic and enchantment, reminding us that spring really is a season of outlandish & beautiful colors. Another striking entry in this series.
