Aw rain chain. I guessed a bell. A fisherman's bell to be exact. Whatever the hell that is. LOL. I guess in my own little world they ring the fisherman's bell when it's time to go fishing. :)

Is this like something they only have in places where it rains a lot...you know, like Washington state? I never heard of a rain-chain and this is the first one I ever saw. Thanks for sharing, Mike!
