adjusted the waist slightly, adjusted the hands a little, the eybrows, outfit and hair.

I think the hands are getting better. I've been wanting to get into ZBrush. Is it a hard climb for a basic non-modeler. I did some clothing in Poser and goit to work but characters, just one little funky dragon that has parts that fall off.

Torso from hips to rib cage may be too short.

If you're thinking of going toward a toon style, I'd increase the size of her head a bit... other than that, looking good!
