I've been playing a lot of Master of Orion 2 lately and got the urge to do a pic based on a custom race. (They use the Elerian portrait - the Elerians rarely manage to accomplish much anyway.) The blue ladies are the Hel, a race of androids. The humanoids who built them mysteriously died out (ahem) and the Hel are now ruled by a central computer on the homeworld of Forbin. Here we see members of a diplomatic team whose negotiations have just added a new world to the Hel Empire.
