Description

I got the idea for this render from a comment by drifterlee. She said the 1949 Ford in my previous render reminded her of a Tucker. So, for your viewing pleasure, here they both are for side-by-side comparison, and a hypothetical question... The fact is that the 1948 Tucker automobile never made it into mass production. But if it had and you had been a consumer back in the fall of 1948, which of these two automobiles would you have chosen to purchase? (RE: 1949 Ford Tudor on the left) ...Price, new: between $1,511-$2,119 (RE: 1948 Tucker on the right) ...the projected base retail price for the whole car was $2,450. Thank you for taking a peek! Your support is greatly appreciated!
