This looks like it was modeled in Bryce out of just the primitives, and it lacks detail. The water doesn't look very real to me. The water droplets are too large.

The droplets are a bit to large as jamesg said, but I really like the lights texture. Maybe if you convert the spheres used for the handles to metaballs you get a more realistic shape. Not the red and blue 'dots' though just the 5 metaly big ones. (5 for each handle that is)
