The Akaste hair is pretty amazing and you've used it well to give the image a sense of life with the wind effect! The only crit I have is regarding the dragon. I think you might, next time, try using the Dragon as a type of frame for the main figure. That or some type of interaction between them... But you've otherwise composed this very nicely!
