Description
Decided to do a render for those who aren't all that into the pinup types I usually do. This is showcasing several generations of technology from different platforms. The main character is the new Michael 5 for genesis. The hair and clothes are both for M4. The spaceship is technically for poser. The terrain is MicroCosm from RDNA that is listed as "Not Test" for Daz Studio. The light dome is a custom light/sky dome made from a tute that I found online since LDP hasn't been upgraded to D|S4 yet. Everything was assembled and rendered in D|S 4 Pro.
Please take the time to comment and/or rate this render. All feedback is much appreciated and sorely needed.

Per your wishes, here are my thoughts. :-) The figure looks very nice, as would be expected. The ground prop could use a little tiling (in the surface tab towards the bottom) if it's using a seamless texture. That way you get a little more resolution out of it, and a neater appearance. You can add many levels of horizontal and vertical tiling to tighten up the texture. Also with studio 4, there's a command in the edit tab to sub divide objects and figures to smooth out the geometry. Edit-Object-geometry-convert to sub D. Make sure you save your scene first, as on occasion, sub d can 'explode' objects like guns and whatnot; it really depends on how well the mesh on the model was made. Back to the ground, if it has a bump or normal map, upping the settings will give the render a bit of depth. One last little crumb. If you've got a photo-editing software (I have PS cs5 and gimp, the latter much preferred as it's FREE and professional while easy to use), you can render whatever lights you prefer and drop a background image in to seal the look of sky(s) more convincingly. Otherwise it looks like you've got a good handle on things!
