Description

for 2 years now I have marvelled at Simon Beer's (tiff666) dark and wonderful illustrations.... they have a very painterly/ frazetta-ish feel to them but they are uniquely his style..... brilliant art I have wanted to try something along those lines for a while it was fun to do my hat is off to Simon as he is one of the best of the best.... thanks for inspiring me to create something dark cheers Carl

I softened the edges of the image in photoshop to make the centre of the image pop a little...that's all :)

I like how you've managed to keep this scene both very dark and still quite colorful... Blurring the edges was a brilliant touch, it adds such a stunning depth to this render... Vashek
