Description
This is a part of the Taos Pueblo not attached to the main structure called Northhouse. Life has changed very little here in the past 1000 Years for the Tiwi people who call the Pueblo their home. Thanks for stopping by.

they have no electric or running water unless they use a generator. I spoke to a tribal elder and he explained many things. they usually work off the reservation.the ones that repairs the homes are from else where.there was quite a bit of repairs going on when I was there.repair is a constant thing.they cook with wood burning stoves and some use the old style ovens to cook bread outstanding capture

I can watch this place for hours, Bob. An amazing landscape and capture. So interesting and beautiful, how great it will be to talk with the people who are living in that Pueblo.
