Description

For those people that you're talking to face to face and they get a phone call, then no matter the caller, or the importance, the caller gets the priority and you're left standing there. It's probably a conversation like: "What are you doing?" "Nothing, what are you doing?" "Nothing. Wanna do something later?" "OK. What do you wanna do?" "I don't know, what do you wanna do?"

Same thing with businesses. You can be working with an employee in a store who answers a phone call and has an extended conversation with a customer on the line who has not even made the commitment to come to the store location that you have. Very annoying. Image very nicely done, by the way!
