Hannibal Waxman is a mean Thug,Deputy Chief Brenda Fokkstone,our specialist is about to break him and get him to sign the paperwork,to admit his guilt.She has to play his games for a while to get this signature.She has that special talent of making the creeps feel comfortable and then she hits em big time,all in the legal way of course.
The times of the beatings in the cells are sadly long gone.now these creeps have more rights than the “average”hard working citizen.

How true - they run thier drug/murder/extortion rings right from their cells.... And waste the taxpayers' money whining and suing for the "rights" they deprived thier victims of.
