Octopus's Garden

I spotted this sculpture near Eureka, California last weekend. This man's yard is full of wonderful, amazing pieces. The Beatles funny, silly song came to mind right away!!

Fantastic and always creative I have seen his work but was young,much too young to appreciate it all I also heard at this show a song that went something like my name will be changed the came will change when I'm a big star the clue of what he was going to be is in that song"

a lot of marilyn here: First the big bold and completely surprising capture itself: Always with an eye for the fantastic and unusual, or the fantastic and unusual contained in everyday sights. This, however, isn't an everyday sight. Wonderful bold capture; and the way you let it fill the frame makes these creatures wonderfully consuming of our attentions. Also, the piece is awash in reds, ochres, golden-red hues, etc. It's all of one vision...Beautiful capture, making this wonderful sculpture a really bold photo. I love this photo.
