Description
Captured back on 11/25/10, early morning, within pedestrian distance of my hallowed habitat.
Do ZOOM.
The years prior to 2012 were great for rose pics in my general area. But for some inexplicable reason, this year has been a bummer in that regard.

a beautiful centered shot of a rose, with the rose looking off to an angle as if it's being sought by someone else too. Gives a nice double angle to the piece. And your lighting, as others say, is beautiful. The light on the outside of the petals is grand, and the natural yellows of the petals is equally grand. You gave us nice pieces of the several-hued nature of this beauty. And it's so naturally displayed against the beautiful faded background and the soft bits of the leaves and branches that it comes from. Another joy in this long & beautiful series of yours.
