I once owned a 65 Dodge Dart that somebody had wedged a 360 in and was a pain in the royal ass pulling the rear plugs out of....lol...Used mainly for quarter miles and placed a few trophies on my mantle but only because the competitors either red lighted or there motor blew....lol...But a win is a win right?...

I once had the chance to get a Valiant with a push button automatic transmission. It looked very similar to this one, but it had been sitting for so long I didn't feel like taking a chance that more than the master cylinder was bad. Beautiful image!

a college roommate of mine had a red 64 and he had rebuilt the engine in his yard. he was out on a date and on the way home he went asleep. he hit a covert barrier and the car more or less exploded into pieces.the engine ended up 150 feet from where the car stopped.in shock he managed to flag a truck down and the driver dropped him at home. they called the ambulance and he was in the hospital for many days recovering from a broken jaw and many other injuries. why I recall it is because he blamed the date for "keeping him" out too late. he was sort of an arrogant person, not wanting to except the blame his self outstanding capture and car
