My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

I am loving this remarkable series. The human face is endlessly fascinating and your candid shots catch it in such engaged action.

to your title I would add "query-ing," because in addition to his compelling speech, he seems to be reaching for something. Love reading bill, because he was there & can tell us a little of what was happening. As Andrea says, you capture so much in a single face, this is an 'in-between' moment in some ways, ie, in the middle of an important point, and those moments aren't easy to capture esp with clarity and gentleness. I think I've used the world 'gentle' a few times for this series; but your portraiture can be very gentle, as this is. A gentle off-the-cuff moment, for all its passion, and I love the man's rumpled tie and open shirt. He's been there a while and is letting it all 'hang out'. More loving work in this series. (I was sorry to see it ended! Hey! We were just getting started over here, lol!)
