Description

Have a bright and beautiful day! I'll Have Another , The horse that was going to be in the Belmont Triple Crown race today... Was scratched and retired yesterday. A big surprise and disappointment. I am glad they didn't want him to get hurt. But it will totally change the perspective on the day at work for the simulcasting of this race. But I go to work anyway..... :) :) Thanks for all views views and comments.... Love Em!!!!

Beautiful image Cheryl. Yes it is certainly good they didnt try to run him with tendonitis. he could have put in a good show but would certainly have been permenantly damaged. It is not altogether without a monetary gain that he is pulled out though. He is now retired to stud and his stud fees as the horse that had a good chance of winning the triple crown will be astronomical compared to if he ran and was beaten.

EVERYBODY wanted to see that Horse do exactly what it did in win number 2.... I was all excited to watch TV just to see if he could do it.... when I saw on the news last night they were retireing the horse .... well.... all the excitement of the horseracing on TV was gone... as a matter of fact, looking at my clock, the horses are on right now and I could care less - shame.
