And for my third pic here's a pair of Mercury fire throwers for you to view. Just to note the "53" Ford left of the Mercury was also a fire thrower but couldn't get his to work that day. Also I'd like to add there's another car around town here called "Sha Boom" a full custom 40's Ford that does this also. I found it also interesting that in other states all around this country there are custom cars called "Sha Boom" must be a common name in customs. The only other thing I'd like to add about these fire thrower cars is I always stood a long way away from them because I always worried one of these might backfire and explode even though it never happened the thought was always there. I hope you liked these. Tomorrow back to Custom Rods.

They have the afterburners now all they need is the wings! It is a shame you couldn't get a shot of them in the dark. Hmmmm, wings...I know there has to be a '59 Caddy El that is a flame thrower...perhaps even a Superbird

for a long time when I was young, I was thinking it was from the exhaust, but then I learn they inject a flammable liquid and the heat causes it to burn. beautiful Mercs and capture
