ok, do you mean that this is NOT standard attire for this area? Because I even catch a few people in my downtown dressing like this on a daily basis. In fact, I have a Leon Russell look-alike who rides a bike with a boombox strapped to the handbars that hangs in the park across from my office. great shot.
