Description
This image evolved and had a lot of inspiration and connections from renderosity artists. I wanted to do something special for Dave, as anyone who knows him will understand, but I was coming up with nothing. I looked through my folders, and came across some images of the lights of my car radio. I had taken them about a year ago, while I was waiting for an interesting radio story to finish. I was inspired by some fantastic images that Chip (Chipka) had taken and manipulated of city lights. I played with two of my pics for a while, and created the image on the right. Then I saw Michel's (mickeyrony) great birthday image for Dave, and Dave's comment, and remembered a car show I went to last summer. I went to it because I was meeting Jock (jocko500) to see his paintings and we went to a car show afterwards. Even the title, (a play on the combination of images) reminded me of Andrea's (durleybeachbum) and Harry's (goodoleboy) images of taillights.
That I would think of the family of artists here, while creating a post for you, Dave, seems very appropriate. You touch so many, with your generosity and kindness. You keep us in your heart, and in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you, my friend.
