Hi. :)))))) How are you tonite? I am doing beautifully tonite. :))))))) I have some most sweet news to share with you my friends. :))))) On Saturday June 9th my daughter Alecia was admitted to the hospital at around 8 a.m. and at 9:20 they started inducing labor. At 4:23 she and I were texting and she had had her epidural at 4:23 p.m. At 6:06 I text her and asked if she would like us to come to the hospital and keep them company for a little while and she said yes. :)))))) At 7:14 we were on our way. When we got there our daughter was starting to feel alot of pain so they gave her more of the epidural in which helped alot. :)))) Her dad and I sat rite by her side. :)))))) I held her hand and told her to squeeze my hand as hard as she needed to. :)))))) She did so beautifully. At 12 on Saturday nite early Sunday morning they asked us all to wait in the waiting room bc it was time for our daughter to start pushing and at 2:04 a.m. Miss Sophie Anne was born healthy, happy, very alert, and of course extra beautiful and adorable. :)))))))))) Miss Sophie Anne looks just like her mom did when I had her 20 years ago. :)))))))) Our daughter after the feeling came back into her legs got up to go to the restroom and she passed out and we were so thankful the nurses were in there with her. :))) Our daughter and Miss Sophie are still in the hospital tonite due to our daughters blood count was still too low this afternoon. It is always to be safe and not sorry. They started her on iron tablets today so I think our daughter and Miss Sophie will get to go home tomorrow. :)))))))) We went this evening to set with her and Miss Sophie while david went home to check on their cats. :)))))))) We each enjoyed holding Sophie. :))))))))) Oh After Alecia had Miss Sophie Sunday morning she placed Sophie in my arms first. :)))) That is one very special moment in my life that I will never forget.:)))))) Today while we were visiting Sophies Poppy (my husband) was holding her and when we looked at him he had tears in his eyes bc he loves Miss Sophie so. :)))))) The love we feel for Miss Sophie and her mom is so extra sweet that it melts our hearts each time. :))))))) Alecia and David thank you for Miss Sophie. :)))) You all did most beautiful work. :))))))) Alecia you did an amazing job getting Sophie here. You are so strong and beautiful Alecia. :)))) I am so extra proud of you sweety. :))))) Thank you for sharing this most special moment with us. :))))) Your brother is so proud of Miss Sophie that he has sent her picture to his friends. :))))))))) Oh I should tell a little about how much she weighed and all. Miss Sophie was born June 10th weighing 8 lbs. and 8 ozs., she was 21 inches long, and has a head full of long dark brown hair. Rite now her eyes are blue and in three weeks we will know if she is going to keep those blue eyes. :)))))) I broke down two times yesterday and cried my heart and soul out bc I love my daughter and Miss Sophie so much. :)))))))) I think there will be alot more happy tears to come from both my husband and myself. :)))))) Our son Cody also held Miss Sophie yesterday and his sister loved that to no end. :)))))) Okay I better go for now so you may be able to read this. LOL!!!!! I could talk about Miss Sophie and her mom all nite. LOL!!!
