Description


Sunday afternoon a truck driver for some unknown reason ran off the interstate and hit a bridge column breaking it in two.he lost his life the engine/transmission is on the trailer to the far left.the highway was closed for nearly 20 hours creating a huge problem for Monday morning commuters.I took this picture on Monday from the opposite side of the interstate

We have had soooooooooo so many horrible accidents up this way. I honestly dont know whats going on in peoples mind when driving...most are due to driving and texting and yes its illegal here...its worse than drinking and driving actually...wow Great POV and shot Richard.

There was similar accident here on the highway some weeks ago. A truck has damaged a bridge so strong that it had to be demolished. The driver has not survived. Now they are building a new bridge. Excellent shot and description.
