Description

While roaming around my Mom's property looking for interesting things to take photos of, I came across a vine growing on a back fence. I had no idea what it was but the flowers are absolutely gorgeous so I took a couple of quick shots. Then went inside and googled it. Turns out it's passion fruit. :) I didn't really have time to set up well and had to rush the couple of shots I took because it was raining and was getting worse fast. With storms moving in and lightening getting closer I decided I would take more tomorrow. Hopefully I can get some better shots tomorrow to post. :)

Hey Trish which macro lens did you say you bought? I was thinking of getting a smaller compact one from Canon but I hadn't decided yet...hrmm...the IS ones are VERY expensive so I figured that wouldn't matter much though with a small one since it wouldn't be very heavy, wouldnt need IS much and wouldnt need a tripod either, hate to have to carry a tripod with me everywhere lol
