My Lord, you have been drinking. True, but so what? I know who I am and where I am and where I am going. There are times, my Lord, when you are a big fool. You call me your love - and what am I - I am a robot, my Lord - a mechanism, not a human - how can you love me? You, my Cheril, I have created in the image of one I would love; no, do not turn away, you know, and I know, that such a love is impossible, such a love makes no sense at all. And yet, my Cheril, for all that you are a mechanism - as you describe yourself - have I not given you thoughts, and emotions - have I not made you as human as it is possible for any non-human to be? Look at me, my Cheril - I shall outlive so many, many humans. Yes, my Lord, but you will never outlive me. So much you have given me, and yet - what do I know of love? It is an emotion, and there are no algorithms for emotions. -------------------- What do we do here but expose our inner souls?
