My first love of fractals came with Ultra Fractal, but I have also learned my way around APO, but have to admit in the past few months since discovering MB3D i have seldom used the other 2 platforms. MB3D has so much to offer and explore it is amazing.  i work in the healthcare field in northern Manitoba so there is not that many distractions to keep me from exploring a newly found creative streak.ÂÂ

This city' girl has to drive 2 hours to North Carolina to see elk like this. There is a place there called the Cataloochee Valley where they released over 140 Elk back into the area. They used to roam the area there and were finally eliminated by over hunting. They are now protected. Beautiful picture Jim you are lucky to have such wonderful neighbors.
renecyberdoc

Nice shot, very cool. I hear you and agree 100%, I much prefer Critters as Neighbors vs People, critters are generally Quiet, Harmless and mind their own bussiness. Peace

Such a majestic and beautiful creature, an amazing capture, Jim~ I have to agree, I've always been more comfortable with critters for neighbors; city crowds just freak me out. Thank you for sharing this gorgeous image =)

Fantastic and beautiful elk! Great capture! I agree with you: I hunt with a camera as well

What a gorgeous looking elk. He looks so beautiful standing so proud in his natural surroundings. Well if you brought this majestic beast to our yard,he could eat till fall with all the rain falling daily the grass grows so fast, and you wouldn't have to mow the lawn. Wonderful photo Jim. Love and Hugs.

beautiful animal and capture.I know a man that bought a lodge in Montana near the Wyoming border.when he was back for a visit, he told me about the moose there coming up to the window to be hand fed. I was thinking what are you going to do if you are outside and one is not happy because you have nothing to give him

Though I'm a country dweller myself and on occasion a dear may stroll through my back 40 I can say I've never had a Elk walk through...City living isn't for me either..I was born in the country and country is where I will remain...(smiles)...Cool Capture Jim!!
