Description

This was a scenery done to try out my new trees done with Xfrogs with the help of Walli's tutorials. There are 4 varieties of hardwoods and only one conifer. The shore veggies are my own ferns and shrubs with the red bushes being part of Walli's new collection for sale at Silva3D....beautiful collection. The goal was to try to get this as close to what it would look on a bright crisp morning in late September in Northern NB Canada where I live. These spectacular colours are not there for long....Just For a Few Weeks...leaving place for a grayish taupe colour for the next 5 months....what a shame that it does not last longer ! beautiufl work, I am familiar with xfrog plants and great to say they are more realistic than trees in vue and carrara programs however i know very little of terragon.

This is a gorgeous looking landscape depicting my favorite season, an instant favorite =) I have not used Terragen in some years but would like to give it another try; your trees & shrubs are amazing~ Magnificent work!

Nice distribution and variance of color here Paul. It may be difficult at this point; but, I would suggest a greater range of height for each population; and, maybe a bit less dense of those populations. The conifers could maybe be the tallest. In all, this is a striking image!
