Purple is such a hard color to get right on these elder cars as the body has so many warps and dips and waves and the color purple is one of the few colors that shows the imperfections when looking down the body line...Either this is a panel replacement or the body shop knew what they where doing with the original metal...Either or this is a Fantastic restoration!!...Cool Capture Richard!

Super cool rod. Painted a lot of those back at my shop in NM. This one look exceptionally well put together. Chopped off roof about 3 or 4 inches, door handles done away with, cool. The wheels thou are American Racing which not really the most fitting for this car, they are too common for such a beautiful rod.
