Description

BEST VIEWED ZOOMED IN --------------------- Tired this evening, and more "doodling" than "creating." :) I came up with this while doing some heavy-duty post work. I kind of like it, though I couldn't begin to say why. lol I want to thank all of you who have visited my gallery and left so many kind and encouraging comments over the time I've been with Rendo. And thank you to those who have favored my works and/or favored me as an artist. I am truly honored. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! God bless. Robert ---------------------

It's true that this has somewhat of a negative quality to it, but you'd find upon inverting it that the inversion also looks a bit like a negative. :) I actually got the effect by overlaying several layers with different manipulations done to them, adjusting transparencies, tweaking colors, saturation, contrast, etc., then combining all of the layers. And, as I mentioned, I didn't start out to create this particular piece - I was more in a "doodling" mode because I'm too tired to concentrate this evening! lol But, you're correct - this piece definitely has some resemblance to a negative. Thank you all for your kind comments, and for favoring this work. I'm glad that you like it! :) Now...I'm going to drag this tired body off to bed and see if I can't get a good night's sleep tonight! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! ~Robert

This looks so very surprising to me, it has a bit of a very artistically, and wonderful colored fractal. I very much love what you've done with this, Robert. It's such clever and bright art. God bless, my friend. p.s. this week I took a shot from our place to far in the distant, and I captured the hills in Spaubeek, from which I think it was your view as you lived here (Looiwinkelstraat) ;-)
