Description

OK here is yesterday's effort with experimenting with Vue. In this one I tried again to create a crater in an infinite terrain, something that Vue does not like to do but if your careful you can make it. Or so I think I found out. In the image you are looking from above one rim of the crater looking across to the far wall. The base structures are only about 1/4 the way across the crater floor. I had to make the crater larger than I would have liked but any smaller and it is hard to find in the terrain. Even though you know where you made it in the terrain editor. I think the crater is somewhere around 30 km wide. I also used an atmosphere from another image I made but wanted only a wisp of it to remain. I hope that worked out OK. I had tried to do this in the past with no success so I am pleased to have gotten this far. Let me know what you guys think your thoughts are always most welcome. Paul J

One thing I admire about vue renders is the sense of expanse it can create.
