Description
I saw this lady with a big camera so i took her photo. she did see me but say nothing.
this is at the art show. this was last Thursday.
on Saturday.
I when to my son new house as they was moving and i had to bbq for around 10 people. it a lot of work for me as I was behind on the set up so when they got there they wish for food but all they saw was the coals just got lit. I had some hamburgers ready in no time for them. made hand made burgers out of 10 pounds of meat i got from a slaughterhouse. mix almost a bottle of chef Paul Pudhomme's meat seasoning in it and cut up onions, bell peppers and garlic. I was a big hit. I cook also sausage, stuff mushrooms, chicken.
wish I took a photo of all of it as I did not have a pit. i made my own with a big grill I had from a Cajun microwave oven.
just type in " cajun microwave" and you get a lot of sites an images. i did not have the box just the grill from one as my son burn it up when he was young. The grill is big and heavy.
I also got a little heat exhaustion too. so be careful out side. i be commenting tomorrow as i am tried now.
i wished i did take photos now of my pit lol. My son got one maybe i post his of me.

We've had over 100 degree weather for 3 days straight now... Colorado's record in 5 days straight - I think we're going to break it.... .... shame you didn't have the natural light behind you instead of infront of you - the guy's face looks a little white washed.

That is a pretty fine shot, Jock, and I so loved the story. Wow 10 pounds that is indeed a big deal :) I am glad I have just eaten, or I would have run to the fridge and ripped it for something with alot of calories :)
