Description

The small town in question, Mojave, CA. Saturday nights are pretty lonely. According to the locals, the real action is Monday through Friday when most of the workers at the airport come in for the work week. Mojave Airport is also known as the first civilian spaceport, as it is part of the cutting aerospace industry to put civilians in orbit.

Great colours and atmosphere. The slower shutter worked well.

That's right! Some place you can get your liquor, ice, and ammo -- it's an American institution!!!

Well done! Superb atmosphere capture. I was traveling through the Antelope Valley area yesterday and I got the same feel going through Little Rock and Peach Blossom and a few smaller burgs - these little towns continue to exist because of a small group of locals but for most of us they're just "drive through" country. Great work, my friend.
