Description
First the Sandman tried to get the runner to stop, when he would not stop, three of the Sandmen shot him. Now really three armed Sandmen to take down an unarmed runner! He could have renewed on Carrousel!
Actually no runners we hurt in the re-enactment of the capture of a runner! :)
They even had a smoke charge go off on the runner's chest when he was shot. You can see the smoke in the third picture. This was staged by Equicon 1976 attendees around the pool area.
