i seem to be stuck on the sf's since i spend so much time tending to them. i sat and waited for the golden ones but they did not show and it nearly reached 100 degrees F here today...i saw several other beautiful birds included by favourite the bluebird but i did not get good shot. zoom lense top of my list...anyway as i stated in other post these plants are the results of last years' plants seeds and each one is unique. this one has opened with a blackish face and most of them open with a greenish or yellowish face. it also has 3 heads as you can see 2 of which have not opened. the bee just added to it. i did some postwork on it in photoshop to darken it and make the nectar show up better. as with most zooming will show more of the beauty. hope you enjoy and have a very wonderful monday evening... chills and thrills
