Description
A rather simple and oblique abstract made with the GIMP in about 5 minuites. It's not intended to be technically perfect; I just wanted to create an emotion or a "feeling". The text in the image, along with the title, should give a good idea as to what it's supposed to mean.

For a while now a LINUX-based friend of mine has mentioned the GIMP every time we've met. I'd begun to wonder if it even existed, and what it was like, as no one else I know is aware of it. Now you've come along and confirmed its existence. The meaning of this is completely lost on me but I feel that's unimportant - after all I do not purport to endow my own work with meaning. It's often subliminal. Nice to see you've posted something again at long last - do you have access to a scanner yet?
