Description
Here is my vision of my sister's character Bel, created with love. This is how I see her when I get to watch her in action. I sought to convey her charm and elegance in this image.
Because my big sis has a love of the 1920's,which she has reflected many times in Bel I decided to use that as the setting for this amazing character.
