Description

Some art I created back in 2008 that I never shared here ..... I decided to challenge myself to paint some dragon "type" art. This is the first of 3 that I completed that year (and have never revisited, makes mental note!!!) ....... it may not be perfect but I certainly enjoyed the challenge ;O-) The title ...... he is reminiscing about his homeland ..... from which he has been exiled .... From memory the only resources used outside of my own painting were: orbs by dp brushes by ron Thank you if you are viewing this :O-) Thank you also for any comments or favs you might leave on this. I really like how you have used the scene as part of the dragons anatomy. It makes him/her a metaphorical guardian of the past... as I see it. This is beautifully framed and the hint of softness creates an illusion of age and elegane.
