Description

It's been a long time... My old rig could not take what Vue 10 has to offer, so I had to invest in some new hardware. This is the first image rendered with Vue 10 Complete. The image was actually composed in Vue 7 Infinite, but the render took too long, and I was never satisfied with it. Loading it in to Vue 10 gave the image new life. Enjoy! :-) And, as always, looks better in full size.

Wow, what an awesome scene. I'd say the investment in the hardware was worth it :-)

Good one. A demonstration of how to handle adequately displacement and bump map to create an accurate texture of the sea. Suggestion: You can improve it adding a bit of haze in the horizon. Playing a bit with alpha planes to create some rain.. and it will be Glorious. Good work. //JL
