Description
Graphite and airbrush. This is a mock-up of the backside of an album cover for a fictictious group called "Zuider Zee". The fish is a Coelecanth, which used to be considered extinct.
The front of the album featured an octopus tentacle and in wrapped around to the inside where you could see the rest of the octopus, but it really isn't as interesting as this part.

GRRREAT work! what programs did you use? This is really my first foray into the 2d gallery, and i'm wondering what kind of programs people are using to create such great images!?

Thanx everyone for your kind remarks. Very encouraging. I've been looking at your work too and wow! I am impressed and overwhelmed. Some of you are very prolific in your art! Digital Witch... no CD available, this art was for a make-believe group. Sprryte... this is just a scan of conventional hand-done art. Not computer art. (But I do have some over in the Bryce gallery.)

Excellent illustration. I'd like to see more of your 2D work. I have a coelecanth in one of the paintings in my gallery. They really are incredible.
