Description

I would like to thank everyone who has been there for me over not just the last couple of weeks, but for the last 9 months since my step-dad was diagnosed with cancer for their thoughts and prayers. For those that don't know, we lost him on Tuesday the 26th of June. Although the funeral services are over there is still a lot to deal with and I won't be around much for at least another week. Now for a little info about this image. This is my Mom's Blue Front Amazon Parrot. Her name is Grace and she is the namesake for my last character. She's 16 years old and is likely to outlive all of us.

wow outstanding capture. And I am so sorry to hear about your dad, I lost my dad three years ago, and I miss him everyday. I learned that taking certain photos of him and placing them around the house in a few places helped him to still be here in a small way. The photos make me smile and bring me strenght on those down days.
