Description
When used properly, these three elements of traditional Chinese cooking lend themselves to new heights of taste
Netot, while not the first to get it correct, he did so in that he named them in order and where you would find them
A couple other named the ingredients, but not in order, but that's okay, you got it right

We like both P. F. Chang and Pei-Wei (owned by P. F. Chang) and just as good but with a limited menu and cheaper prices. Once again - I was not even close to your '3 bottle test'.
