Description

Thank you for stopping for a closer look. Any and all comments are welcome and appreciated. I shot this picture a little after 10PM last evening. It caught my eye largely because of the orange glow on the water. That is the Swan River that runs right past my back door. Happy 4th of July to our southern neighbors. I hope you have a wonderful holiday even though I hear most places have banned fireworks this year due to high fire risks. Jim

Wow, nice view you have out your Back Door. Well we got some unexpected but much needed Rain overnight, still kind of drizzley this morning so I think the Fireworks will be on Big Time here. Peace

Jim, this is a fantastic capture of that amazing orange glow. They banned fireworks in my area also because of the dry conditions, and I think that is best

I have a really sharp set of pruning shears that would make fast work of that overgrowth....lol...Seriously though...I'd love to have a view of our river but I think the neighbors that are blocking my view wouldn't like me very much if i was to bulldoze over it to create that view....lol.. As for the 4th....Nada...Zip nothing here as they have banned everything that can or could start a fire...As of last night all grills have now been added which translates into grilling indoors..Oh well theirs always next year but I do feel sad for all the kids that was looking forward to it and don't understand the reasons as to why...as for me I'm old enough and do but still the little kid inside me always enjoys a good display....(smiles).. @ Rene....You old coot..think of the kids...rememeber...you where once one...(smiles)...

What a wonderful view of the sunset and reflections. Too bad the bank is way to steep to get to those trees. In the next few years it will be very difficult to see the river but we will have our own natural water wall. Love and Hugs.
