Description

My wife, who grew up on a farm in Kansas, suggested the title. She saw the old truck being abandoned right there on the spot where it died, and could go no further. This is a Vue 9 composition and render. The wonderful truck model, which I've used before, with my own texture tweaks) is by Birdman. Hope y'all like it.

Glad to see I'm not alone when creating nostalgia images of life in the rural areas..Simple but most creative work....My grandfather used to say the same thing about wagon wheels...Where they break down is where they usually built their home...(smiles)...

Excellent realism my friend. I was quiet taken by its natural appearance. How many times have I seen an old rusted out truck, just left as its cylinders or transmission gave out for the last time.
