Way out near the western frontier there is a sleepy little town named Hicks which is at the present end of the Narine Central Railroad. No one has heard any thing from anyone in Hicks for days. A 3 person Yoshon guard unit is sent in they find an empty town, what has happened to the people? There were over 500 people here. Now its a ghost town. No bodies no animals its just like there was no one ever here. The Yoshon guard is not the military, they are more like keepers of the peace, they only carry swords and bows. They are more than police because they can stop trouble before it happens, generally they are the ones that have to make the hard decisions within a community, but their authority is planet wide.
